The Role:
The Business Development Manager will identify and create new business opportunities, actively self-generating leads as well as utilising an extensive database. With an unrivalled portfolio of Commercial Lockers and Cubicles, you will be creating bespoke solutions tailored to each client need. You will be the driving force behind the commercial side of the business, striking up and developing relationships. Targeting an array of verticals, you will have a strong focus on the Leisure and Education sectors, selling both direct and through contractors. This company has an extremely strong reputation in the market and as such you will represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven track record within Industrial Sales, with the ideal candidate having experience of Lockers or Cubicles. You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities, as you will be responsible for growing and developing this commercial side of the business. You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills with exposure to the enterprise marketplace. You must be passionate about the product you are selling and be well presented as a large part of the role will involve going out and meeting existing and new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 basic, with uncapped £50,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
