Description:
A family owned expanding business in the water treatment market is looking to add a sales executive to their team selling their award winning range of solutions to farmers across the UK. If you are happy being in a new business focused role where the company sell in a very consultative and relationship focused way in order to ensure they maintain their reputation as being a client centric business then this could be your dream role
The Role:
As a sales executive you will be selling a range of water treatment solutions to farmers across the UK. Initially during your training you will be selling to existing customers in order to get you used to market and how decision makers work Once fully trained you will then be focused on new business generation and developing the growing poultry industry
The Candidate:
You will be an ambitious sales professional with a track record of success and a desire to learn a new industry. You will need to be someone who is capable of working with and developing relationships with the agricultural market which is often family run businesses and generational farmers, as such you will need to be highly consultative in order to succeed. You will also need to be someone who is intelligent so you can learn both the products and solutions they offer as well as understanding the commercial world of the agricultural market.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary £27,500 and uncapped ote £40,000. This is a company that is growing and promotes from within, so this could be the first step on the career ladder.
