Rapidly expanding award winning provider to the legal services market place with its OnDemand staffing solution and temp staffing solutions is looking to add an account manager to their team driving growth within the law firms / private practice side of their business.

The Role:
As an account manager for the law firms/ private practice side of the business you will be responsible for managing and growing a number of accounts. Whether this is through adding new services lines to what they already use or growing the usage of the OnDemand offering. You will be responsible for the day to day relationship with the client and ensure you are aware of projects where the OnDemand offering can assist clients and future plans for adding to their teams
The Candidate:
You will be someone who has experience of recruitment, in particular knowledge of OnDemand, trainee or contract based recruitment in the legal sector. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of law firms and the private practice market place more so than inhouse. Any knowledge or experience of working for legal recruitment is a huge plus, as it would be if you have worked for any of the online and MSP providers in the space
The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £55,000 and £75,000 plus a commission plan which is being finalised as we speak.
