As part of our fantastic company culture, h2 Recruit have been busy with our monthly ‘budget club’. Simply put, this rewards our staff for their hard work. Over the many years, we have rewarded high achievement with a range of all-expenses paid days out. This has included Go-Karting, Paintballing and Laser Tag, a London Treasure Hunt, a Cocktail Masterclass, a River Thames Boat Cruise, Zorb Ball, Bowling and many more. The day culminates with taking the team out for dinner, drinks and then to dance the rest of the night away!
Only last week did we have our latest budget club as the team continue to smash both individual and team targets. With the recruitment market very competitive at the moment (and candidate driven), our continuing success is testament to our professional approach and ability to build strong relationships with both candidate and client.
