A global leading technology player is looking to add a head of sales / Sales Director to their team for their compliance technology (SaaS) based team due to their growth for their EMEA based team. If you have a background of leading a sales teams through 2nd line management and experience within compliance or legal technology this could be your dream role

The Role:
As head of sales / sales director your will take responsibility for leading 3 sales teams that are selling a range of compliance / risk (SaaS), legal software and legal and compliance related content solutions to the large corporate market place, in particular regulated markets such as financial services. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales leadership from setting the strategy and monitoring of performance, implementing KPI’s and ensuring accuracy of pipeline management and forecasting through ensuring the managers of the teams are using all the available sales resources available to them.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful head of sales / sales director with a track record of success with your teams. You will need to be someone that works in a structured sales process such as Miller Heiman, SPIN, Challenger etc. and can demonstrate success of ensuring your team follows the sales process. You will also need to be able to demonstrate having worked with a business going through a period of change and managing teams through managers as such 2nd line management experience is a must for this role.
