Description:
A global leading technology player is looking to add a sales director to their corporate new business sales division selling their range of software (SaaS) to corporate companies. If you have a background in 2nd line management and have worked within software this represents a great career move to make an impact in a fast paced well recognized business.

The Role:
As sales director your will take responsibility for leading a 3-4 teams of new business sales professionals selling a range of software to the large corporate and banking and finance market place. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales leadership from the strategy of the business, so understanding how to build a successful GTM (go to market strategy is essential) through to taking the business through a period of change in order to drive growth within the business both in terms of increasing of average order value whilst also looking at optimizing the sales process to reduce the sales lead time, through a team of managers who each manager teams of 8-10 people in their respective areas of the business

They have a very strong reputation in the market for delivery of excellence and have a unique range solutions that large companies (FTSE 100, 250 and 500) need in order to be successful both in terms of operationally and in terms of compliance and regulatory requirements

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful sales director with a track record of success with your teams, with a demonstrable track record of managing sales teams through managers for a sustained period of time. You will need to be someone that works in a structured sales process such as Miller Heiman, SPIN, Challenger etc and can demonstrate success of ensuring your team follows the sales process. You will also need to be able to demonstrate having worked with a business going through a period of change and managing that with your sales team(s) / sales managers ensuring the message is relayed to the individual contributors

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £100,000-£120,000 depending on experience, health and a uncapped commission plan of £200,000.
