The Role:

This is a brand-new Enterprise Account Executive position, charged with taking an award-winning portfolio of Software and SaaS solutions into the Higher Education world across Europe, with primary focus on the DACH region to start with. The technology includes Student Surveying tools, Data Analytics, Course Evaluations and Experience Management solutions. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from cradle to grave, working towards ambitious and rewarding revenue targets that generate the ability to double and potentially triple your basic salary with commission.



The Candidate:

For this Enterprise Account Executive role, we’re seeking new business sales candidates who have a demonstrable track record of developing Higher Education opportunities from scratch. You will have the ability and preparedness to perform your own prospecting and lead generation activity, although you will also be supported by a Lead Generation team. It would be ideal if you also have experience of selling an EdTech solution, so candidates with experience and knowledge of such things as LMS, Learning Management Systems, VLE, Virtual Learning Environments, Experience Management Software, 360 Feedback Software, Survey Tools, to name a few.



The Package:

Depending on experience, the package for this Enterprise Account Executive role will be anywhere from £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE. Due to the competitiveness of the commission plan, the earning potential is very lucrative, and we would anticipate the successful candidates to have the ability to double their basic when hitting target… and potentially much more for over achievement.
