Enterprise Account Executive – B2B Fintech / Procurement SaaS – Remote (US East/Central or Europe/UK)

Description:
An exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly scaling B2B fintech business that is transforming how the world's largest enterprises manage supplier payments and tail spend. This Series C company has raised over $125m from a blue-chip investor base that includes some of the biggest names in global banking and venture capital – notably, two of their own customers were so impressed with the product they became investors. Operating across almost 50 countries with a team of around 270 people, the business has achieved 90-100% year-on-year growth for six consecutive years and has been recognised in the ProcureTech 100 for procurement innovation. They serve Global 2,000 companies and are now building out their enterprise sales team with multiple hires.
The Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for hunting and closing net new enterprise logos. You will build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective clients, identify decision-makers within target organisations, and manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close. You will need to maintain a pipeline of at least 3x your revenue target. The role involves collaborating closely with SDRs, solution consultants and internal stakeholders on contract needs and pricing negotiations. You will prepare and present compelling sales proposals, conduct thorough follow-ups, and build strategic relationships with clients. Travel as needed to meet prospects. This is a quota-carrying role with uncapped earnings and a highly attractive commission structure.
The Candidate:
You will have 5-12 years of experience closing net new enterprise logos in B2B SaaS sales with 9-15 month deal cycles. You will have a proven track record of hunting new business – this is not an account management or farming role. Ideally you will have experience selling into procurement, accounts payable or finance buyers, with exposure to procurement/invoicing technology such as spend management, P2P, or payments platforms. You are extremely organised with strong attention to detail, have the ability to navigate complex matrixed environments, and possess dynamic executive presence that allows you to command a room with Fortune 500 / Global 2000 decision makers. A background in capital markets or economics is a bonus but not essential. You must be based on the US East Coast, US Central timezone, or in Europe (UK, Switzerland or Spain).
The Package:
On offer is a highly competitive base salary with an OTE north of $250k (uncapped), plus competitive equity in a high-growth Series C business. The commission structure is generous with accelerators.
