Non-Negotiable experience required from applicants:
- Enterprise-level sales experience - $200k+ ACV deal sizes
- Experience recruiting, managing and scaling an Enterprise AE team

The Role
In these brand-new Enterprise Sales Manager positions, you will be responsible for recruiting and coaching an Enterprise Account Executive team, performning all 1st-line leadership activities until such time as your team sclaes to require you to move up to 2nd-line.
Your team will manage the complete sales cycle from cradle-to-grave, targeting C-Suite decision makers at Enterprise clients across multiple verticals including Retail, CPG, H&B, Automotive and Leisure/ Travel - typically Marketing personas
Representing an award-winning, cutting edge, AI-Forward marketing technology portfolio, you will be supported by a top-quality team of marketing, SDR, Technical and Customer Success, giving your team a platform to generate new business in a greenfield territory, so it’s a cracking role for the right people.
The Candidate
We are keen to speak to Enterprise Sales Leaders with previous experience managing and selling an AI or SaaS-led portfolio into Enterprise size clients – 5,000+ FTEs.
It is absolutely essential that you be an Ex-individual contributor with good tenure and a demonstrable track record of closing 6-figure deals, that are complex and multi-stakeholder in nature, that has transitioned for a few successful years into a Sales Lead role (Full leadership or Player/Coach will both be considered)
Whilst we are open to a variety of technologies, the first choice is candidates with experience selling Marketing Technology, Agentic AI, AEO/ SEO, Marketing Intelligence, Analytics Technology – to name a few.
If you have an alternative background, but have worked successfully in a well-known, scaling Series B->D+ environment, then this will also be considered on individual merit
The Package
On offer for a new Enterprise Sales Manager is a competitive base salary in the region of $175,000-$200,000, an uncapped and rewarding commission plan with aggressive accelerators providing a double OTE as a minimum for top performers.
