OTE: €250K–€350K (uncapped) | Base: €100K–€130K equivalent + equity

Recognised in the ProcureTech 100 for procurement innovation, they sit at the intersection of fintech, SaaS and enterprise procurement — solving a multi-trillion-dollar problem in tail spend management that most organisations still handle manually. Their platform makes purchasing fast, compliant and painless for Global 2000 buyers, while giving procurement teams unprecedented control and visibility.
They’re now hiring multiple Enterprise Account Executives across Europe as part of a major team-build. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a proven, well-funded business at a genuine inflection point.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Hunting and closing net-new enterprise logos across Global 2000 and Fortune 500 accounts
• Building and managing a 3x pipeline across procurement, accounts payable and finance decision-makers
• Navigating complex, matrixed enterprise environments with 9–15 month sales cycles
• Collaborating with SDR, solutions and leadership teams to drive deal progression from first call through close
• Negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial terms for new enterprise engagements
• Travelling as needed to build strategic client relationships
What We’re Looking For
• 5–12 years’ experience closing net-new enterprise logos in B2B SaaS sales
• Proven track record in complex, long-cycle enterprise deal environments (9–15 months)
• Experience selling to procurement, AP or finance buyers is highly desirable
• Strong hunter mentality — this is a new-business role, not account management
• Executive presence — comfortable presenting to C-suite and senior procurement leadership
• Intellectually curious, detail-oriented and driven by solving complex business problems
• Backgrounds in procurement tech, P2P, invoicing or payments SaaS are a strong plus
