Description:
I'm exclusively recruiting for a global, market-leading software business that is making significant investment in AI-powered product development and is now scaling its commercial presence across the DACH region. They need a driven, new business-focused Sales Executive to lead that charge.
The opportunity in a nutshell:
This is a greenfield-style role. You won't be inheriting a warm book of business — you'll be building one. That means territory planning, targeted outbound prospecting, opening doors with new accounts, and owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal. You'll also have scope to grow revenue within existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell across a wide product suite.
The business sits in a space where AI is fundamentally changing how their customers operate, and they've been investing accordingly. You'll be taking a compelling, modern product set into a market that's ready for it.
What makes you right for this:
You're a self-starter who knows how to create pipeline, not just manage it. You've sold B2B SaaS solutions in a target-driven environment and you're comfortable navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. You understand the nuances of selling across the DACH region and can adapt your approach accordingly. Fluency in German is essential.
Experience in or around the legal sector — law firms, in-house legal teams, legal technology — would be a real plus, though it's not a requirement.
