I'm currently partnering with a global, market-leading software business that has been investing heavily in product development to bring a range of new AI-powered offerings to the European marketplace. They're now looking for a Sales Executive to spearhead new business growth across French- and/or Spanish-speaking markets.
This is a hunter role. You'll be building pipeline from scratch, opening new accounts, and running full-cycle SaaS sales. If you thrive on creating something where little exists — territory planning, outbound prospecting, winning new logos — this will suit you.
What you'll be doing:
Owning a European territory with full responsibility for pipeline generation and revenue targets. You'll be selling consultatively into multiple stakeholders, running the entire sales cycle from cold outreach through to close, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a broad product suite. With significant investment going into AI-driven solutions, you'll be taking genuinely innovative products to market at exactly the right time.
What they're looking for:
A proven B2B SaaS sales professional with a track record of building pipeline through proactive outbound — not someone who waits for inbound leads. You'll need to be comfortable adapting your approach across different European cultures and buying processes, and confident presenting and demoing to senior stakeholders both remotely and in person. Fluency in French or Spanish is essential. Any understanding of the AI, legal sector or legal technology would be a strong advantage, but isn't a dealbreaker as long as you can demonstrate success in a similar role selling software.
