Hiring a Founding GTM Lead for a stealth, AI-native business backed by tier-one investors.
They’ve already landed early customers and proven real-world demand — now need someone to build the commercial engine from scratch.
This is a true 0?1 role.
You’ll:
Own everything GTM (pipeline ? positioning ? close)
Work directly with founders
Turn early traction into a repeatable growth motion
Build and lead the GTM function over time
Ideal profile:
5–8 years in early-stage B2B
Done both 0?1 and scaling
Strong in complex, relationship-led sales
Comfortable with ambiguity + high ownership
Not for you if: you’ve only operated in structured sales orgs or purely as a quota-carrying AE.
?? £120–160K base + equity + commission
?? London (in-person)
