The Role
In this brand-new Sales Leader, Director of End User Sales position, you will be responsible for managing an existing and expanding sales team, based out of Boston, and operating across a global community of 1m+ B2B Members.

Your team, currently 6 but with headcount signed-off to 10 by end of 2024, will be charged with retaining and growing said member community, selling a portfolio of Subscription Services and a wide variety of Corporate Events solutions/ attendance.

The role is a very proactive one, focused on growth as there is a huge addressable market of new logo opportunities to complement their existing customer portfolio.

The Candidate
We are keen to speak to experienced, hands-on sales leaders – ideally with experience in the world of Corporate Events, B2B Membership Subscriptions, Demand Generation and/ or B2B Marketing Solutions.

You will have experience driving growth in both Account Retention and Business Development sales activity – a Sales Leader that will coach and develop the team and truly lead the charge… sword in hand!

The Package
On offer for a new Sales Leader/ Director of End User Sales is a competitive based salary in the region of $120,000 – $140,000, an uncapped and rewarding commission plan providing an additional $50,000 per annum as a minimum for top performers.
You will be provided with excellent support from on-the-ground leadership (Global CEO and Global CRO are both based out of the Boston office) providing you with all the tools to work to towards exciting and aggressive growth targets in the region.
