An award winning innovative provider of Legal Software (LegalTech) SaaS is looking to add an SDR (sales development representatives) to their UK team due to an internal promotion and one of the existing senior SDR’s being promoted to Account Executive

The Role:
As a SDR (senior sales development representative) you will be working in an outbound sales development role targeting a diverse range of prospects across the UK market place. These will be large complex enterprise businesses from a diverse range of industries such as financial services, pharmaceutical, retail, technology etc. through to also prospecting to some large law firms. You will have access to all the tools you need to be successful in the role from LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce and Salesloft in addition to working with other SDR’s, sales enablement and AE’s to gain an understanding as to the type of prospects that work.


The Candidate:
You will be an articulate SDR (sales development representative) / internal sales professional with a track record of working in an outbound sales environment. Any exposure to Legal Software, LegalTech, ediscovery or document management would be advantageous however not essential as full training is given. What is more important is that you have a genuine desire to be successful are happy to work in a fast paced environment where you can develop your career based on your results and you are comfortable engaging with senior level legal professionals. A LLB (law degree) would also be advantageous however not essential

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person), pension, health and uncapped ote £14,000 on top of your base with an accelerator once you surpass your target. There is also a clearly defined career path to follow in order for you to get from SDR to AE (account executive) based on your results. You will also need to be someone who is comfortable being in a hybrid working environment as this company requires people to be in the office 3 days a week with 2 days a week as work from home option.
