Account Executive – Talent Management Solutions - £150k ote

Do you want to join a market leading awarding organisation that has just had a record year and is about to embark on an aggressive growth strategy for their next financial year to capitalise on their recent success by adding an Account Executive / BDM to sell their award winning LMS and talent management software solutions to mid-market and large corporate companies across the UK

The Role:
As an account executive / business development manager you will be focused on developing new business opportunities within the mid-market and large corporate market place with a particular emphasis on regulated industries such as pharma, financial services, insurance etc. The award winning offering includes a number of solutions based around human capital management such as performance management, LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning content management system as well as a range of consulting services in order to maximise the ROI from their software offering.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful account executive / business development manager that can demonstrate a solid track record of achievement selling either Learning and development technology such as talent management, performance management or LMS or with a solid track record of selling HR based services such as career transition, career management or talent assessment services, for a sustained period and with the ability and enthusiasm to move in to the software world. You will need to be someone that is capable of working with a diverse range of customers from a number of industries including FTSE 100 / FTSE 250 organisations and handling the entire sales process from prospecting, to demo and closing of contracts.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £60,000-£75,000 depending on experience, pension, health, criteria and also an uncapped ote of £120,000-£150,000.
