Customer Success Manager – CX SaaS

An award winning innovative provider of enterprise marketing software (MarTech) / SaaS based around customer experience (CX) and voice of the customer (VoC) is looking to add 2x Customer Success Managers to their UK team due to their continued success and subsequent expansion. The Role:
As a customer success manager you will be working with a number of accounts within the enterprise and mid market space across a range of verticals such as retail, hospitality etc. You will be working with Head of Digital, Heads of Marketing, CMO’s or Heads of SEO daily to show them how they can maximise their customer experience (CX) through using their marketing cloud solution for all aspects from surveys, voice of the customer, listings etc.

The Candidate:
You will be highly customer success professional from within an marketing technology (MarTech) with a sound knowledge of customer experience (CX) and the hot topics. You need to be someone who is happy working with a range of clients in terms of size and vertical as well as working closely with the account executives to assist with growing the account through upselling new service lines that can add value to your clients.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £40,000-£65,000 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person), pension, health and a 20% bonus which is based on both company performance as well as individual objectives for your customers and share options.
