Job Title: Business Development Manager, Sales Specialist

The Role:

This is a brand-new Business Development Manager position, charged with taking an award-winning portfolio of Software and SaaS solutions into the Corporate and Enterprise HR and Finance World. Despite working for a well-established, international software house, with over 250 UK employees, this is a stand-alone, “Sales Specialist” style role where you get to work autonomously and really put your own stamp on the position.

The technology includes Cloud-based Time and Attendance and Time Tracking technology and will be aimed at Enterprise clients in multiple verticals including Professional Services, Financial Services, Construction and Manufacturing. (£100k - £500k TCV). You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from cradle to grave, working towards ambitious and rewarding revenue targets that generate the ability to double and potentially triple your basic salary with commission.


The Candidate:

For this Business Development Manager role, we’re seeking new business sales candidates who have a demonstrable track record of developing corporate opportunities from scratch. You will have the ability and preparedness to perform your own prospecting and lead generation activity and have a hunger and desire for success. It would be ideal if you also have experience of selling a Corporate HR, Payroll or Time and Attendance Solution, so candidates with experience and knowledge of this will all be of interest.

The Package:

Depending on experience, the package for this Business Development Manager role will be anywhere from £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE. Due to the competitiveness of the commission plan, the earning potential is very lucrative, and we would anticipate the successful candidates to have the ability to easily exceed 6 figures when hitting target… and potentially much more for over achievement.
