There are many companies in the FinTech space that claim to be a market leader or a visionary but this is YOUR chance to genuinely join a business that is changing the way in which retail banks view their customers and offerings for the digital banking space. Due to their ongoing growth strategy they are looking to add a pre-sales professional to their team working closely alongside the Regional Sales Directors to support the pursuit of new logo accounts within the retail banking space.

The Role:
As a pre-sales professional working for this leading FinTech business you will be supporting the Regional Sales Directors with all forms of customer engagement from managing the day to day communication with customers and prospects sharing success stories along the way through to working with the sales team to develop strong robust solutions that meets / exceeds your prospects expectations and drive origination activities internally within the business.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly intelligent articulate individual that has been working with the retail banking space for a sustained period of time and is passionate about helping the financial services world cope with the changing world of the digital economy. Ideally you will have worked as an analyst for a software or consulting business focused around customer experience management and then moved in to a customer facing pre-sales / technical role and be comfortable dealing with people at “C” level within the retail banking space.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a generous base salary depending on experience, pension, health. The company is also in discussions regarding a pool bonus for the pre-sales team based on achieving their sales objectives over the course of the year. Also on offer is the opportunity of working with a company that is growing and promotes from within and is looking to build and develop their Singapore office over the next 2 years. They are also open to discussing stock options plan as part of their long term strategy for the business.
