A market leading US technology business is looking to add to their London team by recruiting an Sales Manager to manage their internal account management team that are working with accounts spending £10-50k per year.

The Role:
Your primary role will be to manage, train and mentor a team of inside sales / account manager professionals with a range of experience from 1-2 to 10 years. The team consists of people that are focused on account management and driving revenue growth from within their account portfolio areas of management from coaching and development to driving the customer contact strategy to looking at the teams monthly KPI metrics

The Candidate:
You will be an experience Sales Manager that has a demonstrable track record of coaching and developing sales and / or account management functions. You will need to have experience of direct line management across all areas from KPI metrics, training, managing the CRM database (ideally experience with salesforce.com) and ensuring the sales team are making contact within the customer contact guidelines with their clients

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £65,000-£60,000 depending on experience and uncapped ote £30,000-£35,000 on top in terms of commission.
