The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be aggressively developing new business, pitching and demonstrating the broad portfolio of services. Selling these unrivalled Business Process Outsourcing solutions, you will be approaching clients with a consultative approach. You will be targeting corporate clients across several verticals, with a focus on Contact Centres. Demonstrating a clear understanding of outsourcing, you will be liaising with several decision makers, installing confidence and representing yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful new business hunter with a demonstrable track record of success of selling within the Outsourcing industry. Experience and knowledge of selling large value contracts is essential to excel in this role, demonstrating a clear and stable tenure throughout your career. You will have experience of selling into key decision makers, with the ability to rapidly develop rapport, establishing trust and loyalty to ensure repeat business. You will be driven to achieve and over achieve your targets, with a view to progress into a senior position.

The Package:
On offer for the successful Business Development Manager is a very attractive package with a base salary of £90,000 - £100,000, depending on experience. With a rewarding commission plan in place, your potential OTE is an unrivalled £180,000.
