The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, your role will be selling the vast range of HVAC, from heating, ventilation, and air con solutions. Targeting distributors, you will create bespoke solutions for each clients across the North UK & Scotland. This role is field based Business Development Manager, with the majority of your time booking new business appointments and creating bespoke HVAC solutions in a client facing environment.

The Candidate:
You must have a proven sales track record with distributors. With experience of either HVAC or Capital Equipment sales into this market. You will be a new business hunter with experience in a field based Business Development Manager role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. As a Business Development Manager you will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence and have the persistence to exceed all HVAC KPI’s.

The Package:
The offered package for a Business Development Manager is a basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience with a rewarding uncapped OTE of £50,000.
