The Role:
In this brand new Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager position you will be responsible for the complete ownership of a portfolio of existing customers - all Enterprise level clients. You will be charged with over-seeing the implementation and delivery of a Saas (Software-as-a-Service) platform for eLearning, incorporating an award-winning portfolio of Leadership and Management training solutions. On top of this you will be targeted on Customer Satisfaction, Utilisation, Contract Renewal and Account growth.

Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record in corporate Account Management
- Consultative, value focused sales style
- Customer-centric ethos
- Ability to manage the complete sales cyle from start to finish - with multiple examples of success
- Experience and understanding of the Training, eLearning or HR industry is desired but not essential
- Experience of selling a SAAS or Cloud Technology portfolio previously would be highly desirable
- Can-do attitude and a drive to be successful

The Package:
For the right Account Manager/ Customer Success Manager the package is ultimately negotiable, however initial indications are for a basic salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum. On top of this would be an excellent benefits package, extensive coaching and personal development, bonus scheme and commission plan allowing an OTE of circa £45,000
