A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading organization in the video management platform (SaaS) market place. If you have a background selling to higher education / universities and are looking for an opportunity to further develop your career based on your results then look no further, as this could be your dream role.
The Role:
As an Account Executive your primary responsibility will be to develop a new sales within the higher education space offering their award winning video technology platform and newly integrated (through an acquisition) range of LMS, eLearning content, assessments and interactive technology. You will also be responsible for managing and driving RFP’s for higher education institutions across the European region and in some situations be working with partners. You will inherit some existing accounts where there is land and expand opportunity and some where they are due for renewal where you will be expected to lead the process to ensure they remain a customer

Recognised as a market leader in the video management platform (SaaS) market you will have a fantastic offering to take market in the growing world of video based learning and engagement, not to mention a number of new tools around assessments and classroom interaction. You will also be able to demonstrate success and case studies with many of the world’s leading universities.
The Candidate:
You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record selling in to the higher education / universities market place for a sustain period of time. You will also need to be someone that is still hungry and self motivated and prepared to deliver new business whilst also growing existing accounts. Any exposure to video management is a plus but what is more important is that you are a proven new business sales professional within SaaS with a demonstrable track record of achievement and a stable career history. Any exposure of selling to senior academics or technical executives is a distinct advantage.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience, and an ote of circa £90k-£100k. Also on offer is a recognised training program as well working with a company that is growing and promotes from within so this could be the first step on the career ladder of a very successful business that is looking to expand their business development function globally over the next 2 years.
