My client is looking for a hungry, tenacious sales executive to join their innovative young team. If you have a history selling magazine subscriptions or if you are looking to make your mark in the corporate world then this could be the perfect role for you. This would be working for a very innovative company based in trendy West London.

Reporting to the London office, you will spend time both in the office generating new business and booking appointments, and out in the field visiting clients face to face. As a sales executive, you will begin solely generating new business, and after the initial stage, you will inherit accounts which you will subsequently look after. This role is focusing on the magazine subscriptions industry.

A natural gift for sales is imperative. Experience in selling magazine subscriptions is advantageous but not essential. What is essential is a desire to achieve and a thick skin. You must be confident pitching new business and comfortable meeting clients face to face. As a sales executive, it will help to have a quirky, extrovert personality, as this will fit the culture of the company.

Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication for a sales executive in the magazines subscriptions industry is a base salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE totalling up to 35,000 for the first year.
