This role is within the employee benefits industry; therefore, it would be favorable for the chosen candidate to attain credible knowledge within the employee/health benefits sector. This role incorporates an even 50/50 split between new business and account management. Due to employee/health benefits being a mandatory factor within most establishments, the ideal intermediary sales manager would need to be able to adapt well to a high activity environment. The Role

In need of an intermediary sales manager with understanding of the employee benefits industry. As this position is situated in London, the selected intermediary sales manager would need to be able to travel into London on a daily basis. In order for the intermediary sales manager to flourish in this role, the selected candidate must ensure that they perform a hybrid role by executing both new business and account management operations. They would be providing our clients services to a range of health care organizations including major employee benefit companies.

The Candidate

The preferred intermediary sales manager must attain good communication and relationship building skills. It would also be highly beneficial for the selected candidate to of had a substantial amount of experience in managing a network of intermediaries. They must also demonstrate credibility of significant awareness for employee/health care benefits industry and have the ability to keep the retention rate of the customer base relatively high. Work ethic is also a must as this is a high activity environment and the model intermediary sales manager would be expected to excel in these conditions.

The Package
